    Cut the cucumbers, tomatoes, peppers, and onion into pieces, cube the feta cheese, keep the olives whole, add lemon juice and a drizzle of olive oil, and mix everything together.

    For the dressing, mix garlic and a drizzle of olive oil with yogurt and vinegar, and season with salt, pepper, and oregano.

  • 200 g of feta
  • 20 Kalamata black olives
  • 1 pressed garlic clove
  • 250 g of Greek yogurt

  • 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 1 pinch of salt and pepper
  • 4 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar
