Ham and Egg Galettes

Instructions

  • 1.   Step 1: Place a galette in the pan, wait a few seconds for the galette to cook, then crack the egg onto the galette.
  • 2.   Wait for the egg white to cook, add salt and pepper.
    Add grated cheese and ham.
    Fold your galette in half or fold the edges. Let it cook for 1 minute.
  • 3.   Slide your finished galette onto a plate and serve.

  • 4 eggs
  • 4 slice of ham
  • 80 g of grated emmental
  • 6 buckwheat pancakes
  • salt (according to taste)
  • pepper (according to taste)
