POTATOES WITH HAM AND CHEESE (MARMITON)

Instructions

. Wash the potatoes, prick them and cook for 15 minutes.

. Cut the potatoes in half, hollow them out leaving about 1 cm of flesh around the edges, being careful not to pierce them.

. Roughly mash the extracted flesh with a fork, mix in the cream, herbs, salt, and pepper.

. Fill the potato halves with this mixture.

. Add a slice of shredded ham, without it sticking out, to each stuffed potato half.

. Place a slice of cheese on top.

. Slide into the oven and let it gratin under the broiler for about 5 minutes.
