Ham and Comté Quiche

Instructions

  • 1.   Preheat the oven to 350-400°F.
    Grate the Comté cheese and set it aside.
  • 2.   Whisk the heavy cream and eggs in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper.
  • 3.   Roll out the pastry dough in a pie dish and prick it with a fork.
    Spread half of the Comté cheese and the ham cubes on the bottom of the dough.
    Cover with the egg and cream mixture.
  • 4.   Sprinkle the remaining cheese on top and bake for 40 minutes.

Notes & Suggestions

  • You can use either pre-cut ham cubes or 2 slices of white ham that you will cut into small pieces.
