Instructions

  • 1.   Peel and dice the cucumber and tomatoes.
  • 2.   In a separate dish, mix the couscous with oil and lemon juice. Then add hot water.
  • 3.   Mix the couscous with the cucumbers and tomatoes. Add the raisins.

Ingredients for servings

  • 500 g of medium wheat semolina
  • 50 ml of lemon
  • 5 tablespoon of raisin
  • 5 large diced tomato
  • 1 large cucumber
  • 3 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 2 tablespoon of fresh mint
  • salt (according to taste)
  • pepper (according to taste)
