Warm goat cheese salad

Instructions

  • 1.   Preheat the oven to the broil setting. Meanwhile, cut the slices of bread into quarters and place them in a dish or on a baking sheet.
  • 2.   Cut the goat cheese log into slices. Place the goat cheese on each slice of bread.
  • 3.   Put the toasts in the oven for about 3 minutes. The cheese should just be melted.
  • 4.   Prepare and season the salad. Arrange the plates with the salad first, then the toasts, and finally the tomatoes.

Ingredients for servings

  • 4 slice of sliced bread
  • 1 goat cheese log
  • 4 tablespoon of vinegar
  • 4 tablespoon of oil
  • 200 g of cherry tomato
  • 1 green salad
  • salt (according to taste)
  • pepper (according to taste)
