. Soak the raisins in amber rum for 15 minutes.

. In a bowl, mix the egg, sweetener, and vanilla extract.

. Add the semolina and baking powder.
Mix well and add half a mashed banana, Greek yogurt, and milk, then the soaked raisins.

. Cook in the microwave for 2.5 to 3 minutes.

. Unmold onto a plate.
Decorate with banana slices and sprinkle with brown sugar.

. Enjoy hot or warm.
