Banana Rum Raisin Bowlcake

Instructions

  • 1.   Soak the raisins in amber rum for 15 minutes.
  • 2.   In a bowl, mix the egg, sweetener, and vanilla extract.
  • 3.   Add the semolina and baking powder.
    Mix well and add half a mashed banana, Greek yogurt, and milk, then the soaked raisins.
  • 4.   Cook in the microwave for 2.5 to 3 minutes.
  • 5.   Unmold onto a plate.
    Decorate with banana slices and sprinkle with brown sugar.
  • 6.   Enjoy hot or warm.

  • 25 g of fine wheat semolina
  • 1 tablespoon of fat-free white cheese
  • 1 banana
  • 20 ml of skim milk
  • 1 teaspoon of brown sugar
  • ½ teaspoon of baking powder
  • 15 ml of rum
  • 9 g of raisin
  • 1 teaspoon of sweetener
