Instructions

  • 1.   Put the praline chocolate and dark chocolate in the bowl, equipped with the UltraBlade, and pulse for 30 seconds.
  • 2.   Replace the UltraBlade with the mixer.
  • 3.   Add the condensed milk and hazelnut oil and start at speed 3 at 60°C for 4 minutes.
  • 4.   At the end of the 4 minutes, increase the speed to 5 at 60°C for 5 minutes.

Notes & Suggestions

  • Can be stored for several weeks outside of the refrigerator.
    Praline chocolate is sometimes sold under the name Pralinoise.
    This recipe makes approximately 600g of spread.
