FRENCH TOAST

Instructions

    1 Beat the eggs with a fork in a shallow dish, then mix in the milk and stevia sugar.

    2 Dip the bread slices on both sides in the egg mixture, making sure they absorb it well. Place them on a plate.

    3 Melt the butter in a frying pan and cook the French toast slices for about 2 minutes on each side, until they are golden brown.

    Presentation
    Garnish the French toast with powdered sugar, maple syrup, or jam.
