Instructions

  • 1.   In a non-stick skillet, pour the olive oil and heat gently.
  • 2.   Add the halved shiitake mushrooms and sauté for a few minutes without a lid.
  • 3.   Then reduce the heat and sprinkle in the garlic and parsley, and let it cook gently for another 5 minutes.
