Instructions

  • 1.   Preheat the oven to 210°C (410°F)
  • 2.   Wash and peel the vegetables
    Cook them for 10 minutes in salted boiling water
    Cut them into pieces of the same size, except for the peas
  • 3.   In a terrine dish, beat the eggs with the milk
    Add parsley, salt, pepper, and the vegetables
  • 4.   Pour this mixture into a loaf pan
    Bake it for 40 minutes in the oven at 210°C (410°F) in a water bath.
