Instructions

  • 1.   Clean and peel the vegetables, then cut them into small cubes.
  • 2.   In a pan, heat the olive oil and sauté the onion for 3 minutes.
    Add the remaining vegetables and cook for 7 minutes, then season with salt and pepper.
  • 3.   In a bowl, combine the flour, parmesan cheese, salt, cottage cheese, and softened butter. Mix well with your fingers until you get a crumbly and sandy mixture.
  • 4.   Place the vegetables in a gratin dish and cover with the crumble mixture.
  • 5.   Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F) and bake for 20 to 25 minutes.

  • 3 teaspoon of olive oil
  • 80 g of wheat flour
  • 30 g of grated parmesan
  • 60 g of cottage cheese
  • 20 g of butter
