Apple Flan

Instructions

  • 1.   Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). Crack the eggs into a bowl.
    Add the flour, salt, and sweetener, and mix well.
    Gradually add the milk while stirring continuously with a wooden spoon until you obtain a very smooth batter.
    Then add the orange blossom water.
  • 2.   Peel the apples, remove the cores and seeds.
    Slice the fruits into 0.3 centimeter thick rounds.
  • 3.   Arrange the fruit slices in a circle in a baking dish lined with parchment paper, then pour the batter over them.
    Bake for 45 minutes.
    Serve in the baking dish, cold or warm, after sprinkling the top of the flan with cinnamon.

  • 100 cl of milk
  • 3 teaspoon of orange blossom water
  • 500 g of apple
  • 1 teaspoon of cinnamon powder
