Instructions

  • 1.   Start by cooking the pasta in salted boiling water according to the instructions on the package.
  • 2.   Wash and thinly slice the zucchini using a mandoline.
    In a pan, heat the olive oil and sauté the zucchini with minced garlic for 10 to 15 minutes.
  • 3.   Then add the cream, milk, and diced smoked salmon. Stir and let it cook for 6 minutes.
  • 4.   Drain the pasta and serve with the salmon and zucchini sauce.
