Parsley and Lemon Chicken

Instructions

  • 1.   Prepare the polenta.
  • 2.   While the polenta is cooking, coat the chicken with flour. Heat the oil and butter in a large skillet and cook the chicken until golden on both sides. Sprinkle it with parsley, drizzle it with lemon juice, and flip it to coat it well.
  • 3.   Serve the chicken with polenta.

  • 8 chicken thighs
  • 50 g of flour
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 40 g of butter
  • 1 bunch of parsley
  • 2 tablespoon of lemon juice
  • 750 ml of hot water
  • 250 ml of chicken broth
  • 170 g of polenta
  • 40 g of grated parmesan
  • salt (according to taste)
  • pepper (according to taste)
