Instructions

  • 1.   Cut the fennel into quarters.
  • 2.   Peel and chop the onions.
  • 3.   Heat the oil and sauté the chopped onions for 10 minutes.
  • 4.   Add the quartered fennel, curry, salt, and coconut milk, and pour in 1/2 glass of water.
  • 5.   Let it cook for 20 minutes before serving.
