Fish brandade with chives

Instructions

  • 1.   Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
  • 2.   Peel the potatoes. Cook them for 20 minutes.
  • 3.   Add the cod after 10 minutes.
  • 4.   Drain the potatoes and cod.
    Mash the potatoes.
    Flake the cod.
    Combine everything in a mixing bowl.
  • 5.   Add crushed garlic and chopped chives.
    Season with salt and pepper.
    Incorporate olive oil.
    Gently mix.
  • 6.   Pour the mixture into a baking dish.
    Sprinkle with grated gruyère cheese.
    Bake for 20 minutes.
