Tuna Tart

Instructions

  • 1.   Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
    Unroll the puff pastry into a tart pan and prick it with a fork.
  • 2.   Drain the tuna and crumble it.
    Rinse, dry, and finely chop the parsley.
  • 3.   In a bowl, beat the eggs, then add the cream, salt, and pepper, and mix well.
  • 4.   Incorporate the tuna and parsley.
    Pour the mixture onto the pastry and sprinkle with grated cheese.
  • 5.   Bake for 25 to 30 minutes.
    Serve hot or cold with a green salad.
