Instructions

  • 1.   Wash the cucumber and tomatoes. Slice the cucumber into rounds and cut the tomatoes in half.
  • 2.   Peel and slice the onion.
  • 3.   In a salad bowl, mix all the vegetables, dried herbs from Provence, Greek mixed olives, drizzle with olive oil, season with salt and pepper. Mix well and serve immediately.
