Instructions

  • 1.   Cook the green beans if necessary, otherwise drain them.
    Wash the radishes and slice them into rounds, or thinly slice them lengthwise using a mandoline.
  • 2.   In a salad bowl, combine the green beans, radishes, lettuce, and walnuts.
  • 3.   In a bowl, mix the oils (2 tbsp walnut oil + 1 tbsp olive oil) and vinegar, season with salt and pepper.
  • 4.   Pour the dressing over the salad and toss. Serve immediately.
