Brussels Sprouts with Coconut Milk

Instructions

  • 1.   In a saucepan, bring water to a boil.
  • 2.   Meanwhile, wash the Brussels sprouts under cold running water and remove any wilted leaves.
  • 3.   Add the Brussels sprouts to the boiling water, wait for it to come back to a boil, and cook for about ten minutes.
  • 4.   In a sauté pan, melt the butter, add the Brussels sprouts and lightly brown them, add the garlic, salt, pepper, and mix everything well.
  • 5.   Finally, add the coconut milk and let it simmer over low heat for a few minutes to reduce.
  • 6.   To finish, sprinkle your Brussels sprouts with parsley. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
