4. In a sauté pan, melt the butter, add the Brussels sprouts and lightly brown them, add the garlic, salt, pepper, and mix everything well.
5. Finally, add the coconut milk and let it simmer over low heat for a few minutes to reduce.
6. To finish, sprinkle your Brussels sprouts with parsley. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
