Chicken Tabouleh Salad

Instructions

  • 1.   Sauté the chicken in a pan with 1 tbsp of olive oil. Cut into cubes. Set aside.
  • 2.   Wash the cucumber, cut it in half and then into slices.
  • 3.   Wash the cherry tomatoes and cut them in half.
  • 4.   In a salad bowl, mix the couscous, chicken, and vegetables.
  • 5.   In a blender, add ripe tomatoes, herbs, salt, pepper, olive oil, and drizzle over the tabouleh. Mix well. Chill for 3 hours.

  • 60 g of medium wheat semolina
  • 2 chicken cutlets
  • 20 ml of olive oil
  • 1 cucumber
  • 10 cherry tomatoes
  • 1 green salad
  • 3 tomatoes
  • 10 leaf of fresh mint
  • 10 leaf of fresh basil
  • 1 lemon juice
