1. Drain the tuna and put it in a bowl, crumble it with a fork.
2. Rinse, dry, separate the leaves and chop the parsley.
3. Add the parsley and cream cheese to the bowl and mix. Reserve in the refrigerator until ready to serve with bread. (You can replace the tuna with sardines, and the parsley with chives).
