Instructions

  • 1.   Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C) or your grill.
  • 2.   In a dish, prepare your marinade by mixing all the ingredients from the list: soy sauce, honey, ketchup, ginger.
  • 3.   Season your pork ribs with salt and pepper, then brush them with granulated sugar using a kitchen brush. To make the sugar stick to the ribs, dip the brush in your marinade beforehand.
  • 4.   Let the ribs marinate in the dish for about 15 minutes on each side.
  • 5.   Finally, place the ribs in the oven for about 45 minutes or on your grill, turning them occasionally and monitoring the cooking process.

  • 8 tablespoon of sweet soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoon of honey
  • 2 tablespoon of ketchup
  • 2 tablespoon of fresh ginger
