Instructions

  • 1.   Cut the mushrooms and ham into small pieces.
  • 2.   In a bowl, mix the oats, mushrooms, ham, and gruyere. Add the egg.
  • 3.   Add the milk, tomato sauce, and oregano. Season with salt and pepper. Mix everything well.
  • 4.   Cook for 3 to 4 minutes in the microwave on high power. Unmold onto a plate.

  • Enjoy this bowl cake with some black olive slices and a nice salad.
