Instructions

  • 1.   Peel the onions and cut them in half.
  • 2.   Using the ultrablade knife, finely slice the onions in the bowl at speed 11 for 10 seconds.
  • 3.   Using the mixer, add the oil and set the simmer program 1 at 130°C for 10 minutes to brown the onions. After 5 minutes, add the bacon.
  • 4.   Add the tomatoes cut into small pieces with the remaining ingredients, and cook for 35 minutes on Soup P2 program.
  • 5.   Serve immediately.

  • 1 pinch of ground cumin
  • 1 pinch of ras el-hanout
