. Cut the avocados in half. Remove the flesh and cut into cubes.

. Wash and dice the tomatoes.

. Peel and slice the onion.

. Shell the shrimp.

. Wash and finely chop the mint.

. Put all the ingredients in a salad bowl and drizzle with olive oil. Season with salt and pepper. Mix and serve.
