Instructions

  • 1.   Cut the avocados in half. Remove the flesh and cut into cubes.
  • 2.   Wash and dice the tomatoes.
  • 3.   Peel and slice the onion.
  • 4.   Shell the shrimp.
  • 5.   Wash and finely chop the mint.
  • 6.   Put all the ingredients in a salad bowl and drizzle with olive oil. Season with salt and pepper. Mix and serve.
