Zucchini and Feta Gratin

Instructions

  • 1.   Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F). Wash the zucchini and cut them into half-round slices. Sauté them in a pan with a little olive oil for about ten minutes, then transfer to a gratin dish.
  • 2.   Crumble the feta cheese into a bowl, then add the eggs, cream, and parsley; mix well. Pour over the zucchini.
  • 3.   Bake for 30 minutes.

  • 150 ml of heavy cream
  • 2 teaspoon of parsley mixture
