1. Peel the carrots and onion, cut them into pieces.
2. In the robot with the ultrablade chopping knife, put the onion and mix at speed 11 for 10 seconds.
3. Replace the knife with the mixer.
4. Add the carrots, oil, and start the simmer program P1 at 130 °C for 5 minutes.
5. At the end of the program, add the lentils, bacon, sausages, veal stock, bay leaf, and 800ml of water. Lock the lid without the cap and start the simmer program P2 at 100°C for 45 minutes.
6. Add 1 tbsp of cornstarch 5 minutes before the end of cooking. Serve hot.
