Instructions

  • 1.   Peel the leeks, rinse them carefully and then cut them in julienne. Peel carrots and potato, rinse and cut into pieces. Peel the garlic.
  • 2.   Heat the oil in a pot and sweat the leeks. Add garlic, carrot and potato pieces, salt, pepper and cover with water.
  • 3.   Bring to a boil then lower the heat and cook for 20 to 25 minutes. Mix everything, sprinkle with chopped parsley and serve.
