APPLE-CINNAMON MUESLI

Warm/cold porridge, the result of a sweet marriage between a no-cook porridge made with whole milk yogurt and cooked apples coated in cinnamon. Healthy clemsy

Instructions

  • 1.   Simply mix the muesli, yogurt, and a sweetener such as honey, cane sugar syrup, etc. (if the muesli is already sweetened, you can skip this step).
  • 2.   Peel and cut your apple into small cubes. Cook in a saucepan for about 5 minutes or in the microwave for about 1 minute with a splash of water. Add cinnamon.
  • 3.   Take out your porridge and adjust the consistency by adding a little water or milk if desired.
    Serve the warm apples on top of your porridge with a drizzle of honey.
  • 4.   Garnish with almond flakes or other toppings.

Notes & Suggestions

  • Acacia honey has a low glycemic index.
