Ham-Wrapped Endives and Leeks

Instructions

  • 1.   Steam the endives and leeks for 20 minutes.
  • 2.   Place the endives and leeks on the slices of ham and roll them up.
  • 3.   Drizzle with cream, then sprinkle with nutmeg and finally with gruyère cheese.
  • 4.   Bake at 240°C (464°F) for 15 minutes.

  • 40 cl of heavy cream
  • 1 pinch of nutmeg
  • 80 g of grated Gruyère cheese
