Chinese cabbage with shrimp in the Companion

Instructions

  • 1.   Cut the cabbage into thin slices.
  • 2.   Peel the onion and blend for 10 seconds on speed 11 with the ultrablade.
  • 3.   Replace the ultrablade with the mixer. Add the oils and shrimp and cook on simmer P1.
  • 4.   At the end of the program, add the lemon juice, cumin, onion, chili, ginger, and Chinese cabbage.
  • 5.   Then switch to simmer program P2 for 20 minutes.

  • 400 g of peeled shrimp
  • 4 tablespoon of lemon
  • 1 tablespoon of coconut oil
  • 1 onion
  • 1 teaspoon of powdered chili
  • 1 tablespoon of ground cumin
  • 1 tablespoon of sesame oil
  • 2 teaspoon of fresh ginger
  • 2 pinch of salt and pepper
