Instructions

  • 1.   Cook the washed and sliced leeks with the peeled and diced potatoes in 1L of water in a pot over low heat for 45 minutes.
  • 2.   Turn off the heat, add three-quarters of the garlic and herb cheese. Blend, season with salt and pepper.
  • 3.   Serve with toasted bread slices topped with the remaining cheese.
