Nutella Fondant
A comforting Nutella fondant, or the sweet hazelnut torment...

Instructions

. Cream the softened butter with the sugar until the mixture is well homogeneous.

. Add the whole eggs, one at a time, then incorporate the entire jar of Nutella.

. Add the sifted flour previously mixed with baking powder, and finally the powdered hazelnuts.

. Grease a mold and pour the Nutella mixture into it.

. Bake at 180°C or 350°F for 30 minutes. Monitor according to the heating power of your oven!
Notes & Suggestions
Source: 750g
Almond puree can replace butter.

Butter 150g -> 75g
Sugar 120g -> 60g and it's much better that way.

The cooking time is too long or the temperature is too high. The cake is burnt on the outside even at 160°C. The cake is good.
