Crustless Broccoli and Chicken Quiche

Instructions

  • 1.   Clean and cook the broccoli, steam it for 10 minutes
  • 2.   In a pan, sauté the onion with oil, then add the diced chicken breast and let it cook for about ten minutes
  • 3.   Once the broccoli is cooked, cut it and set it aside
  • 4.   Add the broccoli pieces to the chicken
  • 5.   In a bowl, beat the eggs with the milk and add the flour, salt, and pepper, and mix well
  • 6.   In a tart pan, spread the chicken and broccoli mixture on the bottom, then pour the liquid mixture over it and sprinkle with grated gruyère cheese
  • 7.   Bake at 200 degrees Celsius (392 degrees Fahrenheit) for 30 to 35 minutes
