Instructions

  • 1.   Slice the leek.
  • 2.   Peel and quarter the potatoes.
  • 3.   Quarter the onion.
  • 4.   Roughly chop the parsley.
  • 5.   Put all the ingredients in the Soup & Co or Companion and select the creamy soup program.

  • 1 bouillon cube
  • 1 pinch of salt and pepper
  • 600 ml of water
  • 1 bunch of parsley

    The children liked it, practical for cooking leftover leeks and making an appetizer. With the companion, lower the temperature to 95 degrees, otherwise the water evaporates. For the time, I think 30 minutes is enough.
