Goat Cheese and Spinach Quiche

Instructions

  • 1.   Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  • 2.   Place the pie crust in a greased pie dish and prick it with a fork.
  • 3.   Cover it with pieces of goat cheese (about 2/3 of the cheese) and sprinkle with thyme.
  • 4.   In a mixing bowl, prepare the custard.
  • 5.   Beat the eggs in a bowl.
  • 6.   Incorporate the heavy cream and then the well-drained spinach.
  • 7.   Season lightly with salt (because of the cheese) and generously with pepper.
  • 8.   Spread the mixture over the pie crust and bake for about thirty minutes.

Notes & Suggestions

  • This quiche can be eaten hot or cold.

  • 2 tablespoon of thick sour cream
  • 1 goat cheese log
  • salt (according to taste)
  • pepper (according to taste)
