Instructions

  • 1.   Cook the pasta and melt the butter in it (or replace with a drizzle of oil)
  • 2.   Season to taste with cheese (parmesan, emmental, mozzarella...) and herbs (salt, pepper, basil, sage, parsley, garlic, lemon or others).
  • 3.   And why not add diced raw or cooked vegetables (tomatoes, bell peppers, zucchini...)
