Cloud Bread WW / 0 SP

Cloud bread has a texture that closely resembles traditional bread, made without flour and with very light ingredients. This bread is very filling and full of protein. Consume it on the same day it is prepared.

Instructions

  • 1.   Preheat the oven to 150°C (300°F).
  • 2.   Separate the egg yolks and whites, then in a bowl, put the egg yolks, cottage cheese, and yeast. Whisk until creamy.
  • 3.   Beat the egg whites with salt until stiff peaks form, then gently fold them into the egg yolk mixture. Mix gently with a spatula.
  • 4.   Drop 6 spoonfuls onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, then bake the cloud bread for 20 minutes at 150°C (300°F).

  • 100 g of fat-free white cheese
  • ¼ teaspoon of baking powder
  • salt (according to taste)
