Light gratin with vegetables and tuna WW

Instructions

  • 1.   Cut the zucchini into slices and cut the tomatoes into cubes
  • 2.   Beat the eggs with the milk and add the salt, pepper and oregano.
  • 3.   Oil the gratin dish then lay a layer of zucchini and a layer of tomatoes, salt and pepper
  • 4.   Then a layer of tuna crumbled and pour half of the eggs beaten. Repeat the process, then sprinkle with grated cheese.
  • 5.   Then bake your gratin with tuna and vegetables for 30 minutes at 200 °

Je conseille de precuire un peu les courgettes avant, sachant qu'elles rendent de l'eau !

  • 1 small zucchini
  • 2 large tomato
  • 2 eggs
  • 50 ml of skimmed milk
  • 2 pot of white tuna in water canned
  • 2 teaspoon of olive oil
  • ½ tablespoon of dried oregano
  • 30 g of grated cheese
  • salt (according to taste)
  • pepper (according to taste)
