Instructions

  • 1.   Peel and slice the onion. Peel the potatoes and cut them into slices. Wash the radish greens.
  • 2.   In a pot, melt the butter. Sauté the onion without browning it. Add the potatoes and radish greens. Sauté for 5 minutes.
  • 3.   Add the broth. Let it cook covered for 20 minutes.
  • 4.   Add the cream at the last moment and blend everything together.
