Melon Soup - Summer

Instructions

  • 1.   Blend the flesh of a small melon with sweet wine + lemon juice
  • 2.   Season with salt and pepper
  • 3.   Serve chilled with toasted country bread slices + Bayonne ham slices + black olive tapenade

Ingredients for servings

  • 1 small melon
  • ½ lemons
  • 2 slice of country bread
  • 2 slice of Bayonne ham
  • 20 g of olive tapenade
  • 5 cl of sweet wine
  • salt (according to taste)
  • pepper (according to taste)
