Crispy chicken fillet with olive pasta

Instructions

  • 1.   Cut the chicken into thin slices.
  • 2.   Mix some olive oil, soy sauce, basil, and garlic.
  • 3.   Marinate the chicken in this sauce for at least 5 minutes.
  • 4.   Put the breadcrumbs in a dish covered with plastic wrap.
  • 5.   Place the chicken pieces in the dish with the breadcrumbs and turn them to coat.
  • 6.   Meanwhile, cook the tortis in boiling salted water for about 10 minutes (according to the package instructions).
  • 7.   Then heat olive oil and soy sauce and sauté the chicken pieces on each side. Also add the green olives.
  • 8.   When the pasta is cooked, drain it and mix it in the pan with the chicken and olives, and sauté for a few more minutes over low heat, adding more olive oil and soy sauce.
  • 9.   For extra spiciness, add a little bit of Tabasco.

  • 250 g of turtle
  • 20 pitted green olives
  • 6 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 60 g of breadcrumbs
  • 3 teaspoon of soy sauce
  • 1 bunch of basil
  • 1 tabasco
  • 1 pinch of garlic powder
