1. Cut the chicken into thin slices.
2. Mix some olive oil, soy sauce, basil, and garlic.
3. Marinate the chicken in this sauce for at least 5 minutes.
4. Put the breadcrumbs in a dish covered with plastic wrap.
5. Place the chicken pieces in the dish with the breadcrumbs and turn them to coat.
6. Meanwhile, cook the tortis in boiling salted water for about 10 minutes (according to the package instructions).
7. Then heat olive oil and soy sauce and sauté the chicken pieces on each side. Also add the green olives.
8. When the pasta is cooked, drain it and mix it in the pan with the chicken and olives, and sauté for a few more minutes over low heat, adding more olive oil and soy sauce.
9. For extra spiciness, add a little bit of Tabasco.
