WW Chinese-style Stir-Fried Pork with Noodles

Instructions

  • 1.   Cook the noodles according to the package instructions.
  • 2.   Pour the oil into a wok. Heat for 3 minutes over medium heat.
  • 3.   Peel and slice the onions. Cut the green beans into one-centimeter pieces. Sauté the sliced onions and green beans. Add the sliced peppers. Cook for 10 minutes.
  • 4.   Add the thinly sliced pork, garlic, soy sauce, vinegar, and cooked noodles. Stir-fry for about fifteen minutes. Add the Sichuan pepper. Serve hot.

  • 4 teaspoon of olive oil
  • 2 onions
  • 100 g of red bell pepper
  • 2 tablespoon of soy sauce
  • 15 g of garlic
  • 1 teaspoon of wine vinegar
  • 1 pinch of ground Sichuan pepper
  • 200 g of pork tenderloin
  • 200 g of green bean
  • 200 g of Chinese noodle
