Chicken satay with Companion

Instructions

  • 1.   Slice the chicken fillets (to desired size). Put the pieces in a dish with soy sauce, sugar, salt, pepper, and mix. Let marinate in the fridge for 1 hour.
  • 2.   In the bowl of the Companion equipped with the Ultrablade chopper, put the 2 onions cut into 4 and the garlic clove. Speed 12 for 10s.
  • 3.   Replace the attachment with the mixer (using the spatula, fold the onion pieces towards the center). Add the oil and start program P1 at 130°F for 5 min.
  • 4.   Add the satay and coconut milk to the meat dish, then mix. Pour the mixture into the bowl and cook with program P2 at 95°F for 20 min. Serve with rice.

  • 2 onions
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 5 chicken breasts
  • 20 cl of coconut milk
  • 4 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 4 tablespoon of satay
  • 3 tablespoon of soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon of powdered sugar
  • salt (according to taste)
  • pepper (according to taste)
