1. Slice the chicken fillets (to desired size). Put the pieces in a dish with soy sauce, sugar, salt, pepper, and mix. Let marinate in the fridge for 1 hour.
2. In the bowl of the Companion equipped with the Ultrablade chopper, put the 2 onions cut into 4 and the garlic clove. Speed 12 for 10s.
3. Replace the attachment with the mixer (using the spatula, fold the onion pieces towards the center). Add the oil and start program P1 at 130°F for 5 min.
4. Add the satay and coconut milk to the meat dish, then mix. Pour the mixture into the bowl and cook with program P2 at 95°F for 20 min. Serve with rice.
