Green vegetable soup

2 leeks 1 small head of broccoli 200g of spinach 200g of green beans 1 small zucchini 1 celery stalk 1 small bunch of parsley

  1. 5 liters of water
1 vegetable bouillon cube 1 garlic clove salt, pepper

Preparation time: 15 minutes
Cooking time: 20 minutes

Instructions

  • 1.   Wash the vegetables.
    Peel the leeks, remove the parsley leaves from the bunch.
    Cut the vegetables into large pieces.
    Put all the vegetables in a pressure cooker.
    Lightly salt, pepper, add the crushed garlic clove, parsley leaves, and bouillon cube.
    Cover with water. Close the pressure cooker and cook for 20 minutes after the valve whistles.
    Open the pressure cooker, let some water evaporate if necessary on the stove.
    Remove the celery stalk.
    Blend with an immersion blender.
    Adjust the seasoning, drizzle with olive oil, and serve in bowls.
