Grated Carrots with Orange

Instructions

  • 1.   Wash and grate the carrots.
  • 2.   Prepare the sauce with lemon juice, juice from one orange, sunflower oil, salt, and pepper.
  • 3.   Mix the carrots with the sauce.
  • 4.   Peel the other orange and cut it into quarters.
  • 5.   In a bowl, place the lettuce leaves and spread the carrots on top. Sprinkle with chopped parsley.
  • 6.   Garnish with the orange quarters.
