Silken Tofu Cream with Red Fruits

Instructions

  • 1.   Drain the silken tofu and put it in the blender. Add the agave syrup and blend well. Incorporate the red fruits. Blend the mixture until smooth and homogeneous.
  • 2.   Pour into 2 bowls and refrigerate until the cream sets.
  • 3.   Remove the creams from the refrigerator, add 1 tablespoon of red fruits to each bowl, as well as the chopped mint. Sprinkle with almonds. Serve immediately.

Ingredients for servings

  • 150 g of silken tofu
  • 1 bag of frozen red fruits
  • 2 tablespoon of agave syrup
  • 2 tablespoon of sliced almond
  • 2 tablespoon of fresh mint (optional)
