Sweet Potato Falafels

Instructions

  • 1.   Steam the sweet potato.
  • 2.   Drain the chickpeas.
  • 3.   Finely chop the garlic, onion, and parsley. Then pour into a blender with the chickpeas and blend to obtain a coarse puree (avoid making the mixture too smooth). Add the sweet potato, spices, salt, and pepper, then blend to homogenize everything. Place the mixture in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
  • 4.   Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  • 5.   Shape the mixture into balls, then place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Brush with oil using a brush. Bake for 20 minutes and serve hot.

  • 250 g of sweet potato
  • 1 garlic clove
  • ½ onions
  • 1 teaspoon of ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon of paprika
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil

  • pepper (according to taste)
  • parsley (according to taste)
